Terms of Service

Terms governing your access to and use of our website and services.

Effective Date: 03/11/2026 | Last Updated: 03/11/2026

Welcome to Royal Ayers Mobile Cigar Lounge ("Royal Ayers," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, communications, booking process, and services.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, communicating with us, booking our services, attending an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

1. About Royal Ayers Mobile Cigar Lounge

Royal Ayers Mobile Cigar Lounge is a mobile luxury cigar lounge business that provides curated cigar lounge experiences for private and business events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, private parties, celebrations, networking functions, and similar occasions.

Our services may include lounge setup, event hosting support, premium presentation, mobile cigar lounge access, and related event enhancements as described in the applicable service agreement, quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.

2. Eligibility to Use Website and Services

Royal Ayers is an adult-oriented business. Our website and services are intended only for persons who are at least 21 years of age.

By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 21 years old;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • you will use the website and services only for lawful purposes;
  • any information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete; and
  • if you book services on behalf of a business, organization, couple, or group, you have authority to do so.

We reserve the right to request age verification, identification, or additional information at any time, and we may refuse access to the website, decline a booking, or deny service if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Website Use

You may use our website solely for legitimate personal or business purposes related to learning about our services, requesting information, communicating with us, or initiating a booking inquiry.

You agree not to use the website:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
  • to submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • to interfere with or disrupt website functionality or security;
  • to attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems, forms, or data;
  • to copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or exploit website content without written permission;
  • to impersonate another person or entity;
  • to transmit spam, malware, harmful code, or unauthorized promotional content; or
  • in any manner that could damage the reputation, operations, or legal interests of Royal Ayers.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website at any time and without notice if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate conduct.

4. No Guarantee of Booking by Website Inquiry Alone

Submitting a contact form, quote request, event inquiry, or other communication through our website does not create a confirmed booking and does not obligate Royal Ayers to provide services.

A booking is not final unless and until all required steps have been completed, which may include:

  • review and acceptance of the requested event;
  • confirmation of service availability;
  • execution of a service agreement or event contract;
  • acceptance of applicable waivers, policies, or acknowledgments;
  • payment of a deposit or other required fee; and
  • written booking confirmation from Royal Ayers.

We reserve the right to decline inquiries or booking requests at our sole discretion.

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Service Scope

Any quote, estimate, package description, availability statement, or pricing information provided by Royal Ayers is subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Pricing may vary based on factors including:

  • event type;
  • event date and timing;
  • event duration;
  • travel distance;
  • venue access and setup conditions;
  • guest count;
  • special requests;
  • custom service features;
  • staffing needs;
  • after-hours requirements;
  • holiday scheduling; or
  • any additional services requested by the client.

The final scope of services shall be determined by the written booking confirmation, invoice, contract, or service agreement issued by Royal Ayers.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be governed by the applicable invoice, booking agreement, or written service confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client agrees that:

  • a deposit may be required to secure the booking date;
  • final payment may be due before the event date;
  • additional fees may apply for overtime, excessive cleanup, damages, delays caused by the client, travel, or special accommodations;
  • all payments must be made using approved methods designated by Royal Ayers; and
  • payments processed electronically may be handled through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation, delayed service, refusal to perform services, additional charges, or forfeiture of the event date.

7. Deposits and Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are used to reserve date availability, allocate business resources, and prepare for your event. For that reason, deposits may be designated as non-refundable once paid.

Royal Ayers reserves the right to specify in the contract or invoice whether:

  • a deposit is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable;
  • installment payments are permitted;
  • cancellation credits may be offered; and
  • additional administrative fees apply.

Any exception to deposit or refund terms must be expressly approved in writing by Royal Ayers.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the timing of the request, the status of event preparation, and the terms of the applicable booking agreement.

Royal Ayers may retain all or part of payments already made where necessary to account for:

  • reserved date loss;
  • staffing commitments;
  • event preparation time;
  • scheduling losses;
  • travel planning;
  • administrative work; or
  • custom business resources already committed to the event.

If a client fails to appear, fails to provide necessary access, fails to complete required paperwork, or otherwise makes performance impossible, Royal Ayers may treat the event as a cancellation or no-show, with no obligation to refund amounts already paid.

Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, pricing adjustments, and any applicable administrative fees.

9. Event Conditions and Client Responsibilities

The booking client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for service and legally appropriate for the operation of a mobile cigar lounge.

The client agrees to provide or ensure, where applicable:

  • accurate event location details;
  • lawful access to the venue or property;
  • any required permissions from the venue, host, or property owner;
  • sufficient parking or placement space for the mobile unit;
  • safe access for setup and breakdown;
  • a reasonably safe environment for staff, guests, and equipment;
  • compliance with venue rules and local site restrictions;
  • coordination with venue representatives when necessary; and
  • truthful information about the nature of the event.

Royal Ayers reserves the right to delay, modify, refuse, or discontinue service if the event site is unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, materially different from what was represented, or otherwise unsuitable for operation.

10. 21+ Policy and Age Verification

Royal Ayers Mobile Cigar Lounge is strictly for adults age 21 and over.

No person under the age of 21 may enter, access, or participate in the cigar lounge experience, regardless of the nature of the event. This includes weddings, mixed-age family events, private celebrations, and other gatherings where minors or underage guests may be present elsewhere at the broader event.

Royal Ayers reserves the right to:

  • request valid government-issued identification;
  • deny entry to any person whose age cannot be verified;
  • remove or refuse service to underage persons;
  • halt service if age-related violations occur; and
  • enforce this policy even if doing so impacts the client's guest expectations or event flow.

The client is solely responsible for informing guests of this age restriction in advance.

11. Guest Conduct and Rules of Use

The client and all guests must behave in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner at all times in connection with Royal Ayers' services.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • entry by persons under 21;
  • disorderly, abusive, threatening, or violent behavior;
  • harassment of staff, vendors, or guests;
  • intentional misuse or damage to the mobile lounge or its furnishings;
  • bringing illegal substances, contraband, or prohibited items into the unit;
  • smoking or handling products in a reckless or unsafe manner;
  • tampering with equipment, fixtures, ventilation, decor, or vehicle components;
  • creating unsanitary or hazardous conditions;
  • any activity that violates law, venue rules, insurance requirements, or safety policies.

Royal Ayers reserves the absolute right to refuse entry, remove individuals, suspend operations, or terminate event service where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our policies.

12. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Adult Environment Notice

Royal Ayers operates in an adult-use event environment that may involve cigars, smoke exposure, and the presence of alcohol, depending on the event.

By using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the environment is intended only for adults age 21 and older;
  • cigars and smoke-related conditions may be present;
  • guests are expected to behave responsibly;
  • intoxicated, impaired, or unsafe individuals may be denied entry or removed; and
  • Royal Ayers does not assume responsibility for a guest's personal choices, overconsumption, conduct, or failure to follow instructions.

The client is responsible for helping ensure that guests understand and follow all event restrictions.

13. Damage to Mobile Unit, Furnishings, and Equipment

The client accepts responsibility for any loss, damage, destruction, misuse, vandalism, or extraordinary wear caused by the client or any guest, invitee, attendee, contractor, or associated person connected with the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage involving:

  • the mobile lounge vehicle or trailer;
  • seating, tables, cabinetry, counters, and fixtures;
  • decorative features;
  • doors, flooring, lighting, ventilation, windows, or hardware;
  • cigar-related equipment or accessories;
  • electronics, displays, or sound equipment;
  • upholstery, fabrics, or interior finishes; and
  • exterior damage occurring during service access or use.

Royal Ayers reserves the right to invoice the client for repair, replacement, restoration, downtime, labor, cleaning, transport, administrative handling, and any related costs arising from such damage.

14. Cleaning Fees and Biohazard / Bodily Fluid Incidents

The client is responsible for excessive cleaning costs resulting from the conduct of the client or guests.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • vomit or bodily fluids;
  • spills requiring deep cleaning;
  • smoke misuse outside intended parameters;
  • broken glass;
  • food or beverage damage;
  • stains, burns, or odors;
  • trash left in or around the unit; or
  • any unsanitary condition requiring special cleaning or remediation.

Where the condition requires immediate sanitation, biohazard cleanup, specialty treatment, or out-of-service restoration, the client may be charged the full cost incurred by Royal Ayers, including labor, vendor fees, disposal costs, and lost-use damages.

15. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Royal Ayers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, modify, or terminate services at any time before or during an event if:

  • payment obligations are not met;
  • required documents are not completed;
  • the venue is unsafe or inaccessible;
  • age restrictions are violated;
  • guest behavior is disorderly, threatening, illegal, or destructive;
  • there is a risk to safety, equipment, staff, or property;
  • the event materially differs from what was disclosed during booking; or
  • circumstances arise that make continued service commercially unreasonable or unsafe.

In such cases, Royal Ayers may retain all or part of funds already paid to the extent permitted by the contract and applicable law.

16. Overtime, Delays, and Additional Charges

If event services extend beyond the contracted period, Royal Ayers may charge overtime or additional service fees at the rate stated in the applicable agreement or at our standard rate then in effect.

Additional fees may also apply where delays or added costs result from:

  • late site access;
  • inaccurate event information;
  • venue complications;
  • extended guest use;
  • extra staffing needs;
  • special security concerns;
  • excessive cleanup;
  • damage;
  • relocation requirements; or
  • client-requested changes made after confirmation.

The client agrees to pay all such additional charges within the time stated on the invoice.

17. Assumption of Risk

The client acknowledges that event environments involving mobile lounges, cigar smoke, adult gathering spaces, and social settings carry inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental property damage, smoke exposure, guest misconduct, slips, falls, or other ordinary event-related hazards.

By booking and using our services, the client voluntarily accepts these general risks on behalf of themselves and agrees to be bound by any separate waiver, event agreement, or acknowledgment required by Royal Ayers.

18. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Website Access

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. The website may be updated, suspended, restricted, or taken offline at any time without notice.

Royal Ayers is not liable for any loss arising from website downtime, technical issues, interruptions, or inability to access online forms or content.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal Ayers website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, layout, design elements, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Royal Ayers unless otherwise stated.

20. Third-Party Services

Our website and operations may involve third-party tools or services, including payment processors, analytics providers, communication systems, social media platforms, or external links.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Royal Ayers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, except as expressly stated in a written service agreement signed by Royal Ayers.

We do not warrant that:

  • all guests will comply with event rules or restrictions.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Ayers, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • event delays or interruptions;
  • guest behavior;
  • venue-related conditions;
  • age-verification enforcement;
  • removal of guests;
  • smoke exposure;
  • weather conditions;
  • third-party acts or omissions; or
  • any issue beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or website shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Royal Ayers by the client for the specific event or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

23. Indemnification

The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Ayers and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

  • the client's breach of these Terms;

  • the acts or omissions of the client or the client's guests;
  • underage access attempts or age-policy violations;
  • property damage, cleanup issues, or misconduct at the event;
  • unlawful activity occurring in connection with the event; or
  • the client's failure to obtain required venue permissions or approvals.

24. Force Majeure

Royal Ayers shall not be liable for delay, nonperformance, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • fire;
  • flood;
  • acts of God;
  • public emergencies;
  • government orders;
  • strikes or labor interruptions;
  • accidents;
  • road closures;
  • mechanical issues not caused by our willful misconduct;
  • venue shutdowns; or
  • other unforeseen events that make service impossible, unsafe, or commercially impracticable.

In such situations, Royal Ayers may reschedule, modify, or cancel service as reasonably necessary.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.

26. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our services shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

By using our website or services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If you want, this section can later be changed to require: pre-suit mediation, binding arbitration, a specific Florida county venue, or attorneys' fees for the prevailing party.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. No Waiver

Failure by Royal Ayers to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other right.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time in our discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
